Hanukkah PICTURE CARDSThese photos illustrate HTM Hanukkah vocabulary from the most recent edition of the curriculum guide. Check to see which ones match the Option you are teaching then print those one-per-page, ideally in color. If you are teaching virtually, send your children printed copies of these photos, 2 or 4 per page. While teaching you can ask them to "lift up" (and show you) the picture of whatever word you have said.

Sample hanukkah scriptS using the htm worksheetThe 2021-2022 AND 2022-2023 Communities of Practice each used the scriptwriting worksheet to outline a Hanukkah lesson. The 2021 version introduces candle lighting and the 2022 version focuses on the words for candle, hanukkiyah, shamash and "light" (the verb). Click "yes," you want to make a copy.
