On this page you will find:
  • A copy of the Shavuot lesson guide from the most recent edition of the curriculum
  • Shavuot ​​picture cards that you may download and print 
  • ​A video with all the vocabulary pronounced and translated (look for the yellow screenshot). The video was posted to help parents hear and better understand the language that their children are bringing home! Feel free to share the link with them.
  • Word cards. Note that these are generally used in later years of Hebrew Through Movement study when children are working on Print Literacy through HTM.

Shavuot Picture cards

These photos illustrate Shavuot vocabulary from the most recent edition of the curriculum guide. Choose the set that matches the Option you are teaching, then print those one-per-page, ideally in color. If you are teaching virtually,  send your children printed copies of these photos, 2 or 4 per page. While teaching you can ask them to "lift up" (and show you)  the picture of whatever word you have said.
Remember that whenever possible, you want to use real objects, not photos - go searching for items that illustrate these words!
