Holiday Unit, Simhat Torah
Below are links to the instructions, vocabulary lists and sample scripts for Hebrew Through Movement Holiday Unit: Simhat Torah. Additionally, there are flashcards of the vocabulary words found in this holiday unit for students who are ready for visual cues, instead of just verbal ones; these will generally be used in later years of study with Hebrew Through Movement, not the first or second one.
Newly added to this page is a video of the vocabulary introduced in the Simhat Torah unit, with pronunciation and translation. This video was posted to help parents hear and better understand the language that their children are bringing home! Feel free to share the link with them. Happy teaching! |
